Cheesy Taco Pinwheels are perfect for a quick and easy Taco Tuesday night!

Our family has grown accustomed to enjoying a Taco Tuesday every week, so I’m always trying to come up with a unique way to celebrate. These pinwheel sandwiches are easy to make ahead of time and can even be sent in the kids’ lunch boxes for school.

The flavors can easily be adjusted to fit your personal tastes. These are basic cheesy taco pinwheels, but you could always swap the beef for shredded chicken and add onions, peppers, jalapenos, and more.
