While not exactly in Lynchburg, out-of-town folk may not even realize that they’re in the tiny unincorporated community of Mulberry when they stumble upon the Mulberry Lavender Farm and B & B. You can stay and shop on the farm once owned by famous distiller Jack Daniel’s brother.

  1. I love visiting Tennessee. I have been to Gatlinburg a couple of times and we are going to Kingsport in a couple of weeks. I see that Lynchburg is a little too far to visit this time around, but it is pretty close to Nashville which is definitely on our bucket list. Thanks for giving me one more beautiful place to explore to add to my list!

    • Awesome! Gatlinburg is one of our absolute favorite places in TN. We have not been to Kingsport but there are a few places there we’d love to check out. Lynchburg is a quick little drive from Nashville so definitely be sure to carve out some time to drop in! My favorite time of the year for around Lynchburg is during the World Championship BBQ in October. The leaves are changing and it’s gorgeous on top of the festivities!Let me know when you stop by for a visit. I’d love to know what you enjoyed!

    I think I’d have to check out the Thelma and Louise shop first. Sounds like there is a lot to see and do in Lynchburg.

    • We are pretty small but there is a lot of personality in our shops here! The square is a ton of fun to check out. You never know what you’ll find! Thelma and Louise has a wonderful selection of home decor and gifts!
